Sober Living: Tools for the Life After

Getting clean is one project. Staying clean while holding a job, raising kids and living a regular life is a different and longer one. This section collects practical tools for that second project: apps that actually get used past the first week, and plain-language guides to the legal protections you have while you recover.

The part no app replaces

Everything on this page is a supplement to recovery, not a substitute for it. The core of what has worked here since 2008 is unchanged: one addict helping another, in person, for free. Meetings run every week across the area. Find one, or call a helpline and talk to someone who has been where you are.
